Pop Cultured

Hellooo there!:)
So as titled, this blog is very pop culture-centric! I post about The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (Swedish and American), and Sherlock Holmes (in all of its incarnations) the most consistently. I'm a die-hard Sherlockian so along with BBC you'll also have Granada, Basil Rathbone, Elementary, not to mention Sir ACD:P I'm also really interested in feminism in a media context so you can expect a lot on the perceptions of women in pop culture. Apart from general geeking out I sometimes make comic-type posts that I find hilarious (which definitely doesn't guarantee that they are), write the occasional movie review, creep over good looking people, and rave about details in books/tv/movies that I like. Oh, and you can expect a lot of me trying to be funny, for which I apologize in advance. You've been warned:P

ok so my choir had our annual photoshoot a few weeks ago and afterwards the photographer went around taking candids and we finally got to see them. Anyways he took one of me and my friend, and the second I saw it I thought it looked familiar so I dug through my tumblr and then I SAW WHY BECAUSE OHMYLORD LOOK AT THAT I LITERALLY COULD NOT STOP LAUGHING, HOLY INADVERTENT COSPLAY MUCH??!!! OMFG WE ARE SECRETLY BLACK WIDOW AND HAWKEYE, NEW FAVOURITE PHOTO ON THE PLANET LOLLLLL HOW DID THAT EVEN HAPPEN
